1 General Overview & Nature of Agreement

Welcome to QQAA. By using this website or app, you are considered to have agreed to the terms and conditions set out here. Please read this document carefully before using our services.

QQAA is an internationally licensed online gaming and Sports Betting platform. We operate an entertainment service designed specifically for players in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and QQAA.

QQAA reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of any changes will be posted on the website. Continued use of the service after changes take effect will be considered your acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Membership & Registration Rules

To become a QQAA member, you must meet the eligibility criteria below. Failure to comply may result in your registration being rejected or your account being terminated.

2.1 Age Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use QQAA's services. Registration by anyone under this age is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to verify your age at any time, and your account may be suspended if the proof provided is not satisfactory.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may only register one account with QQAA. Opening multiple accounts using the same mobile number, email address, or device is strictly prohibited. If detected, all associated accounts and balances will be cancelled.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

• All information provided at registration must be truthful, complete, and your own.
• Accounts registered with false information may be terminated at any time.
• Please contact support if you need to update your details.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password strictly confidential.
• You must not allow anyone else to access or use your account.

3 Identity Verification (KYC)

QQAA complies with international anti-money laundering regulations. Accordingly, identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) is required for transactions above a certain threshold.

3.1 When is KYC Required?

• All members must complete KYC verification before making their first withdrawal.
• If monthly transactions exceed ৳10,000.
• If QQAA's security team identifies suspicious activity.
• If there is suspicion of bonus abuse.

3.2 What Documents Are Required?

Withdrawal requests will be held until KYC is completed. Verification will be processed within 48 hours of document submission.

4 Deposit & Payment Policy

The following rules apply to deposits on QQAA. We only accept funds from legitimate sources.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (bKash/Nagad) and ৳500 (Rocket/Bank).
• All deposits must come from your own registered mobile or bank account.
• Third-party deposits are not accepted — if identified, the funds will be returned and the account may be suspended.
• Successful deposits are credited to your account instantly.
• QQAA does not charge any fees on deposits; however, fees from your payment provider may apply.
• The maximum daily deposit limit is determined by your membership tier.

5 Withdrawal Policy

QQAA's withdrawal process is fast and transparent. However, withdrawals may be delayed if certain conditions are not met.

5.1 General Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• KYC must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be made to your own registered mobile wallet or bank account.
• To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must meet the specified wagering requirements.
• QQAA charges no fees for withdrawals.
• Withdrawals to bKash/Nagad typically take 5–15 minutes; bank transfers take 1–4 hours.

5.2 Right to Suspend Withdrawals

QQAA may place a withdrawal request on hold under the following circumstances:

• If the KYC process is incomplete.
• If suspicious activity is detected on the account.
• If the wagering requirements for an active bonus have not been met.
• Due to technical issues with the payment gateway.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

QQAA offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with its own terms as described on the relevant promotion page. The general bonus policy is outlined here.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. A wagering requirement must be met before any withdrawal — this means you need to place bets totaling a specified amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must complete ৳10,000 in bets.

6.2 Bonus Validity Period

• Bonus credits must be used within 7–30 days of being issued (the exact period will be specified for each bonus).
• Any unused bonus will be automatically removed upon expiry.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated.
• Certain bonuses may be restricted to specific games or markets.

7 Betting Rules

All betting on QQAA is governed by specific rules. Separate detailed regulations apply to Sports Betting, live betting, and casino games.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed (except via cash out).
• If odds are displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, QQAA reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If a match is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If a bet is not accepted during live betting due to a delay, it will be considered void.
• If conflicting bets on the same match are detected, both bets will be voided.
• Maximum bet limits vary by game and market, and QQAA reserves the right to change them at any time.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on QQAA. If detected, the account will be immediately terminated and all balances forfeited.

• Operating multiple accounts, or having more than one account within the same household (if proven).
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or any automation software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful transactions.
• Involvement in match fixing or manipulation of results.
• Colluding with other members to exploit the betting system.
• Threats, abusive behavior, or spamming.

9 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

QQAA may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice under the following circumstances.

• If these Terms & Conditions are violated.
• If false or fraudulent information is provided.
• If the KYC process is not completed or fraudulent documents are submitted.
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.

9.1 Inactive Account Policy

Accounts inactive for 12 months may be charged a ৳50 monthly maintenance fee until the balance reaches zero. Prior notice will be given via email or SMS.

10 Responsible Gaming Policy

QQAA believes betting should be a form of entertainment — not a source of financial hardship. We are committed to responsible gaming.

• All members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• You can use the self-exclusion feature to take a break from the platform for 6 months or permanently.
• Once a cooling-off period (1–30 days) is activated, no deposits or bets can be placed during that time.
• Parental control tools are recommended to help protect users under the age of 18.

11 Dispute Resolution Process

If a dispute arises regarding a bet outcome, payment, or account matter, follow the steps below to resolve it.

• Step 1: Submit a complaint directly to QQAA Support via live chat or email at support@qqaa.onl.
• Step 2: QQAA will provide an initial response within 48 hours of receiving a complaint.
• Step 3: A final decision on complex matters will be communicated within 7 business days.
• Step 4: If you are unsatisfied with the decision, you may appeal to the licensing authority.

12 Changes to Terms & Their Effect

QQAA reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. When changes are made:

• Updated terms will be published on the website and the "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly.
• You will be notified by SMS or email to your registered mobile number for any significant changes.
• Continued use of the service after any changes will be taken as acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may close your account and withdraw your remaining balance.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unlawful, that provision will be deemed void while the remaining terms continue in full force.
